Well, not quite... but in response to the numerous emails I've received regarding the "Soft Summer" stamp set (featured in the "Occasions Mini" Catalog), I felt that it was time to expand on the block sets that I offer.

The weather in centeral Pennsylvania has taken a turn for the better, so I've been able to establish a nice inventory for the block sets I'm offering. This means that I should be able to have your blocks in the mail to you within a day or two of ordering.

For those of you who have already placed orders or are about to place your orders for block sets, I wanted to let you know that the sub-freezing temperatures we're experiencing here in central Pennsylvania are preventing me from stocking my inventory.
I'm hopeful that there will be a change in the weather very soon. Personally, I'm not a fan of cold weather at all... bring on that lovely summer HEAT!!!

It's new catalog time, so that means that it's time for new wood blocks for your stamping pleasure. With Stampin Up! releasing several stamp sets that are double-mounted (and knowing that many stampers really dislike that), I'm offering blocks to eliminate the need for double mounting.
For the time being, I'm adding blocks for the following sets:
I will be taking orders at this time, but I'm going to wait for a break in the recent winter chill before I pull out my tools to make blocks. Hopefully, that shouldn't be more than a week or so, I would hope.

With the arrival of the new Stampin Up! Idea Book & Catalog, it's time for me to introduce some new block sets into my list of "availables"! To start off, I am now offering block sets for the following Stampin Up! stamp sets:
The motivation behind me offering these sets is to allow stampers to avoid double-mounting (which I know MANY people hate!). Please note that the smallest of the blocks with the "Happiness Always" set is not included with my block set... I like my finger tips far too much to risk making something THAT small!
The Alphabet Blocks are 1.5" x 1.5" and are intended to work with "Defining Alphabet", "Lovely Letters" and "Wild West Alphabet" from the current catalog, plus any other set with blocks of the same size.

It's been a few months since I've last updated my information, but (to be honest), things in the world of stamping blocks sales haven't changed all that much. Now with the end of the catalog year upon us, there's a brand new "Retiring List" from Stampin' Up! out for your reading enjoyment (or displeasure).

I've FINALLY found some "free" time to get caught up with my inventory! I'm now back in action with "Many Happy Returns" as well as a few other sets which I'd discovered I was sold-out of amidst the "Many Happy Returns" shortage. I wanted to thank EVERYONE for their patience over the past few weeks! Looking ahead, I expect to be putting in more than typical time at work, but I won't be "living" in the office, so I shouldn't fall behind again any time soon!
Now to answer the question... What's New??? How about "DEFINE YOUR LIFE"!!! This is a set that I've gotten emails about for quite some time, so I decided to start offering blocks for it. Apparently there's a lot of people who dislike the fact that this set (or ANY set, to be honest) is double-mounted, so I'd be a fool to not offer blocks for it! :-P
I've also brought back "Festive Favorites" for an early kick-off to the holiday season. I hadn't expected anyone to be interested in it at this time of year... my mistake! So it's back for those of you who feel that holiday joy 12 months out of the year!
I wanted to make it known that I'm temporarily out of "Many Happy Returns" (and "So Many Sayings"). Normally I would have made more this past weekend, but I've so busy at work that I didn't have the chance to conduct my "power tool symphony" in the driveway. This week holds more of the same for me in the office, so I won't be able to get to making more of those until this coming weekend (March 8th).
For the time being my inventory is decent on all the other sets.
Don't let this supply shortage stop you from ordering. Just keep in mind that any orders containing "Many Happy Returns" won't be going out until next Monday (March 10th) at the earliest.

In response to the votes which have been cast in my Poll, I've chosen to add the #1 requested set to my current inventory... and a little something extra too. I've added blocks for the Level 1 hostess set "A Little Bit of Happiness" (which is SO well suited to being cut apart). I'd also gotten several emails asking whether I could make blocks for "dismounted" wheel stamps, so I've added those for the "Standard" and "Jumbo" wheels.
In the Poll, "Tres Chic" also received a lot of votes, but I haven't yet taken the time to figure out the block dimensions for that set. Rest assured, I'll be offering those blocks sometime soon. :)
