Manager's Reception
The adventure began today witht he first official day of Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference 2009. (Yesterday was some awesome Make and Takes and crashing from a day of travelling!) The main stage presentations this morning were nothing less than inspiring and I'm thrilled with some of the things to come.
You know, with all the downsizing and instability of today, it's very comforting to know that not only is Stampin' Up! a debt-free company but they are investing in their demonstratorship and pursuing more avenues to support their demonstrators despite the instability. Stampin' Up! offers not only rubber stamping and scrapbooking but home decor possibilities and will be offering digital and hybrid scrapbooking in the near future!
If you've ever thought about becoming a Demonstrator, I assure you -- Stampin' Up! is the right company and now is the right time. There are so many amazing things on the horizon for customers and demonstrators alike. I hope you'll join me and a company that supports, respects, inspires and values you regardless of what your goals or personal circumstances are.
Speaking of becoming a demonstrator -- if you've thought about it, I welcome you to watch a video about Stampin' Up! and the demonstrator opportunity that is available for you! Click here to watch. My adventure continued this afternoon at some very informative classes and some wonderful sharing with friends and fellow demonstrators. Despite being tired, we boarded buses for an incredible evening at Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios! Stampin' Up! rented the entire area for Manager's Reception! We had the whole place to ourselves which included all the arcade playing we wanted, an almost continues ride on the Hulk Coaster for some, the 3-D Spiderman ride, a wonderful buffet dinner (almost 3 hours of incredible food!) and a little gift on the way out -- a NEW STAMP SET! I can't wait to play with it and share!
I have to say that Stampin' Up! really knows how to put on an amazing event -- check out some of the details!
These cute flags were on each flag pole and instead of the super-hero words like "BAM!" "WHOMP" (you know, from the old Batman episodes?!) Stampin' Up! chose words like "STAMP!" "SWAP!" and "CROP!" How fun is that?!
In addition to the flags, there were lights shining on some of the awnings and bridges with more words -- like this one saying "INK!"
The adventure lives on tomorrow with more classes and a closing session in the afternoon. Tomorrow night a bunch of us are having dinner at a neat restaurant called Tu Tu Tango.
Time for bed! Thanks for stopping by!

Deb,looks fun!! Have a great time and bring all kinds of good ideas home for us to try! Can't wait to hear about your trip at club.
