Six weeks and clucking!

Can you believe it’s September already?!  Mary sent out an email last month checking in with everyone and reminding you that final payments are due on September 30^th.  Mary is handling all registrations and payments so if you have any questions, please feel free to contact her at marymahey@verizon.net. 

 

While things have been quiet on the outside, inside the “hen house” both Mary and I have been actively preparing for your arrival.  In fact, Friday we visited the retreat center (Mt. Asbury) to finalize a few things and we just have to say, we LOVE this place!  Is it perfect? … No, there are few things we’d love to change if we could… but it’s GORGEOUS and we’re sure you will appreciate the beauty of the building itself – and the surroundings.

Full use of Tool Table -- including the Cricut, Big Shot, computer, printer and more!

Beautiful accommodations  — 2-3 croppers per room (Queen Bed and Bunk Beds in each room)

Free Make and Takes

Scheduled classes (prices vary)

On-site Shopping from friendly vendors

I did get a few layouts done as well as some cards.

Circle of Friends

Well, it's Saturday night as I type this... and I just want to say, on behalf of Mary and I -- THANK YOU for an amazing weekend!  We're so grateful to have been able to provide this weekend retreat for an absolutely amazing bunch of women!

I can say confidently, that everyone has had a wonderful time.  It was a pleasure to get to meet new friends and enjoy the company of some dear friends we already knew. 

Saturday's table gifts were these adorable (and very comfy, might I add) "Chick Socks" -- many of the chicks indulged me for a photo before we drew door prizes!

Good News!

We are less than a month away from our fabulous crop and while we warned you all that rates would go up March 1st.  We've decided, after much debate and discussion... we're going to keep the rates at the early bird pricing until the final due date of March 21st. 

Also -- we're going to offer a one-night stand.  (Yes, couldn't resist!) 

You and your friends can come for just one night -- either Friday through Saturday or Saturday through Sunday for just $135.  This will include 4 meals, your chance to win the door prizes, a place to rest your head, your crop space and all the other extras during the days you're with us. 

Also -- we're happy to announce we also have room for those that just want to come for a day:

Friday only:  $65.00 -- includes buffet dinner, beverages, crop space, door prizes, gifts etc.

Saturday only:  $85.00 -- includes lunch, dinner, beverages, crop space, door prizes, gifts etc.

We did some shopping the other day for Door Prizes and me oh my!  I think lucky winners will be most happy!

We've also been craftin' up a storm in the hen house with those special little details we're sure you'll love!

The title says it all, girls!

Rates go up March 1st but if you put your $50 Non-Refundable deposit down before the March 1st deadline, you can lock in the Early Bird Rate.  All final payments are due March 21st!

If space allows, we'll be opening up a Day Cropper Rate for Friday and/or Saturday on or around March 10th for those that cannot enjoy the entire weekend with us!

We've had several requests for a one page flyer to share with other croppers.  Thank you to those for your excitement and willingness to share the news about this crop!  We are so grateful that you're willing to spread the word!

We've spent a lot of time advertising the crop in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and beyond.  You know what they say, "Birds of a feather... flock together" and I guess technically a "chick" is a bird, right?  That being said, there is no way we could advertise everywhere or get the word out to everyone!
